In 2017, Array Metal Malaysia contributed to the development of Singapore’s Keppel Marina East Desalination Plant, the country’s 4th and only desalination plant capable of treating both sea and reservoir water. Array Metal provided a mix of engineering ideas, SOLIDWORKS simulation, and supplied cable support system products and related accessories to the construction of KMEDP. 

The Marina East Desalination Plant, which has been operational since June of 2020 was officially opened in February 2021 by the Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong. This plant is vital to ensuring water security for all citizens of Singapore.
