From coil to finished part in Shah Alam

Roll-forming, press work, welding and tooling are done in our own plant in Shah Alam. Hot-dip galvanising is done after fabrication by our galvanizing partner, to BS EN ISO 1461. Because the tooling is ours, a non-standard size doesn't wait on another supplier.

Side rails and channel profiles roll-formed with return flanges.

Welding & press

Rungs welded on a fixed pitch; fittings pressed on tooling we cut ourselves, in house.

Hot-dip galvanising

Galvanised after fabrication to BS EN ISO 1461, so cut edges and welds are coated too.

Stainless finishing

All-welded 316L assemblies pickled and passivated to restore the passive layer across every weld.
