Roll-forming, press work, welding, in-house tooling and hot-dip galvanising sit under one roof in Shah Alam. Nothing is subcontracted out and back, so lead times hold and a non-standard dimension is a scheduling question, not a supply-chain one.

Side rails and channel profiles formed with return flanges — no sharp edges on any run we ship.

Welding & press

Rungs welded on a fixed pitch; fittings pressed on tooling we cut ourselves, in house.

Hot-dip galvanising

Galvanised after fabrication to BS EN ISO 1461, so cut edges and welds are covered too.

Stainless finishing

All-welded 316L assemblies pickled and passivated to restore the passive layer across every weld.
